Do you provide delivery service? How much do you charge?
Yes, we do provide flowers delivery service as well. The delivery charge is Rs. 100 for Baneshwor & Airport area. For other part of the valley, it depends on the location to be delivered.

You can place your order directly both via the website and a phone call. If it’s confusing for you, you can DM us on our social media pages. We are available on IG, FB, & Tiktok.
Do you refund money if I cancel my order?
Yes, we refund money after deducting 20% service charge. Only if you cancel your order before the order is being dispatched.

Once I place my flowers’ order, how long will it take to get it delivered?
We have same day flowers delivery i.e. the day you place your order will be delivered same day. To be precise, we deliver within 2 hours of order confirmation.
In normal cases you can place an order a day, a week or a month before.
Do I get any discounts or offers in case I recommend your business to someone else?
For every referral converted to business, we provide you an offer of 10% discount using Discount code REFER10.
Do you make personalized flower bouquets? If yes, do I have to pay additional amounts for the customized service?
Yes, we do make personalized flowers bouquets, as per your requirement. We don’t charge any additional payments for the personalized services. However, if you’d like to have other items like cakes, chocolates, teddy, etc added to the gifts, the fee for the added items will be charged.
Can I design my own gift with a particular color and flower content?
Our bouquets are crafted by local artisan florists, so every design is made using the freshest flowers available on the day. We can guarantee it’ll be beautiful because every florist we work with is exceptionally skilled.
With almost all our arrangements, you can pick the color palette, choose from bright, neutrals, pastels or you can let us decide if you’re not sure.
Can I include my personal message with my order?
Yes, you can add your own personal message with every gift you send by using the gift message field on the Delivery Information Page. Your message will be provided on a stylish gift card and will be presented with your gift.
How many days ahead should we place the order to get it on time?
There is no restriction in placing order. We take the same day order as well within 2 hours delivery. In general, if you have a specific date in mind, we suggest you place an order at least a day ahead of the date so that the order can be prioritized accordingly.
What is the bouquet price in your shop?
The price of the bouquet varies due to various factors. Flowers like roses, gerbera, carnation, gypsy, lily, sunflower, tulip, and wrapping paper. To be precise, our flowers start from Rs. 500 to 35,000/-. We can customize it as per your budget and needs.
Do you deliver artificial flowers?
We only offer natural flowers. We are really sorry, we don’t have artificial flowers. We run our own farm in Godawari, Lalitpur, expanding over 12 ropani. Our mission is to promote farm-fresh flowers gifting culture in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Vase life is considered a flower last in a vase. Post purchase uses of Flowers is to decorate flowers in a vase. It gives an aesthetic ambience to your bedroom, living room, reception etc.
